Delivery policy
We aim to ship completed prints within five working days of receipt of Order. During busy periods and peak demand turnaround times may be slower.
All items are shipped first class unless requested otherwise. Oversea's items are shipped by airmail.
Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
Our laboratory maintains very high standards but this service is not intended for professional users. If you choose to use our service we will take all possible care with your orders but in the unlikely event that your films, negatives or prints are damaged or lost whilst in the care of the processing laboratory, they will be replaced with an equivalent unexposed film which will be processed and / or printed free of charge. This is the limit of our liability for loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, and however caused.
Should we make a mistake with an order and need to send additional prints, this will be rectified within 5 working days of receiving contact and posted free of charge.
Customers wishing to cancel or amend an order that has not yet been shipped may do so by telephone or email.
Films of commercial or high value are not accepted unless there is written prior agreement.
We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the care of Royal Mail.
