The print quality is beautiful, the large prints have come out 1000 times better than I expected and the service I recieved was excellent!

Just a quick note to ask you to pass on my thanks to the whole team at Ilford.
I posted four films to Ilford direct last Friday lunchtime. They were processed, printed, boxed copied onto CD and retuned back to my front door yesterday.
The quality of the prints is fantastic (unlike some of my pictures!) and the turnaround and service could not be bettered.
Its great to see companies really going the extra mile to provide a service and I'll definitely be using them again as my confidence in going back to film grows.

Thank you for the sample print pack and the .jpeg file. It was quite easy to fine tune my monitor (and even viewing angle) to make sure the two formats corresponded.
I have just recieved my first order of three 9"x6" prints on glossy. I am very happy and v.impressed! Two of them are already in frames and on the wall. |

Thanks for the photos, they look superb…….. BW digital photographs on BW digital paper – fantastic. I have been fed up with getting various tones from being printed on colour paper. |

Thanks for the test prints! They were really good quality and the delivery was very fast!
At the moment I have a customer who wants to have real black and white prints and I’ll be sending my order soon.
(We suggested that this Scandinavian customer use the ftp server to send the digital files) |

A couple of weeks ago I sent off a test film to you to sample your developing service. I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the FP4 film. I have had some depressing results before trying you…… Being one of a dwindling species of darkroom enthusiasts, I am very dependent on ILFORD’s films and multigrade papers. So please accept my thanks for your products and support of B&W photography. |

I hope you can salvage some shots from this film. It fell into the river when my canoe sank, with me in it, on our boxing day boat race!
(NB – being made aware of the situation we approached development with extra care and were able to develop a full set of prints for David!) |
